Samad Resources Ltd was incorporated on 19th September 2006 with a clear purpose: to deliver quality homes and construction services to Kenyan families. Starting in Nairobi, we quickly established a reputation for projects that stand the test of time.
Our portfolio grew to include residential apartments, mosques, and commercial developments across Nairobi and the Kenyan coast. Each project reflects our commitment to quality craftsmanship, fair dealing, and long-term community impact.
Recognising Kenya's growing demand for reliable freight, Samad Resources expanded into logistics — transporting goods between Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, the DRC, and South Sudan. Today we operate yards in Nairobi and Mombasa with our headquarters at Green House, Ngong Road.
